Our Return and Refund Policy


We only accept returning and refunding faulty/defective products due to manufacturing issues in their

original packaging. Please note that this does include products that are intact or damaged due to

weather issues.

We are available to answer any questions you might have, and make sure to review the included

guidebook for all the user and installation details.

To start the return and refund process, please contact us on [email protected] and our support

team will assist you.


Once we receive the defected product, we will examine it within 3-5 business days, once the defect is

found and a replacement is in stock, it will be sent to you with no extra cost. If a replacement is not

available, you will be refunded within 1-5 business days to the original payment method.
